Mrs. Isabell L. Martin, 65 a well known woman of Crawfordsville passed away at her home, 614 East College Street, about 5 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Funeral services will be held from the home Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and burial will be made in Oak Hill Cemetery. Rev. JM Alexander will officiate. Mrs. Haines and Mrs. Swank will sing. Isabell L. Mack was born in Butler County, Ohio Dec 14, 1845 and came to this city with her parents in an early day. She was married to David H. Martin who preceded her in death June 3, 1905. She was the daughter of James B. and Sarah Rogers Mack, who were natives of Ohio. Her father, James B. Mack died in this city July 16, 1906 and Mrs. Martin is survived by only one sister, Miss Lena Mack of Crawfordsville, who is the only member of the family now living. Mrs. Martin was identified with the Christian Church in this city. - transcribed by kbz
